we benjamin forrer and philipp graber are hosts, chefs, sommeliers and entrepreneurs in a collective. we have known each other since 2005 as colleagues and friends. in the summer of 2017 we opened our own restaurant the f39.
with the goal:
to work together with people we like
with producers and suppliers who share our philosophy
to create a high quality tasting menu from simple, seasonal, sustainably produced ingredients
serving natural, characterful wines that best accompany our dishes
